• Enhanced revenue diagnostics by creating a template to automate metric summary reports from daily and custom-date snapshot comparisons

• Preemptively reduced record duplication and CRM inflation from bulk list import processes via multi-source record-matching optimizations

• Strengthened cross-team collaboration and CRM applications by identifying special-case exceptions to calculation models, strategizing technical enablement for billing and forecasting workflows, executing monthly data imports and generating revenue impact reports for the Finance team

During my time with Addgene, our team nearly doubled in size and underwent two facility relocations. This rapid and collaborative environment allowed me to engage with cross-team partnerships to develop scalable admin/ops infrastructure.

After returning to Boston where my wife would pursue an internship, I leveraged the transition and these temporary roles to pivot from the clinical to the corporate setting where I sought to dive deeper into my growing interest in process-based work.

After moving to Wisconsin for marriage, these opportunities allowed me to engage with a broader diversity of clients within a range of clinical settings. 

• Led group and individual Music Therapy sessions for residents of a skilled nursing facility among all levels of care to foster socialization and reminiscence
